CUCUMBER & MINT GIMLET
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Cucumber & Mint Vansetter Vodka
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
METHOD:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a Nick & Nora or martini glass and garnish with a lime twist.
CUCUMBER SPRITZ
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Vansetter Cucumber & Mint Vodka
20ml Elderflower liqueur
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
60-80ml Chilled Sparkling Wine
6 Fresh Mint Leaves
4 Slices of Cucumber
Muddle mint leaves, cucumber and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lime juice and ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a tall glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
VODKA MOJITO
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Cucumber & Mint Vansetter Vodka
4 Lime Wedges
10 Mint Leaves
Teaspoon of Sugar
Soda Water
METHOD:
Muddle mint leaves, lime wedges, sugar and Vodka in a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice, top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
